Prepaid Registration closes two days prior (at end of day on Tuesday).

If you find you must cancel your attendance, cancellations for a full refund will be accepted up to the close of prepaid registration; no refunds can be made after prepaid registration has closed. To cancel your registration, call the WBO office at (206) 575-3232.

Please note that due to the limited time available at the luncheons we cannot allow for meal substitution at the event.
