The WBO has named the finalists in the 2009 Nellie Cashman Woman Business Owner of the Year and the WBO Excellence Award competitions. This year marks the 28th anniversary of the Nellie Cashman award competition that recognizes and honors women business owners who have enhanced the status of women entrepreneurs through their vision, perseverance and fearless, relentless leadership in business and the community.
