The Watson Group is a uniquely different, full service, full disclosure IT resource solution serving clients in the greater Seattle area. Watson brings 21 years of industry experience to her role.

The full disclosure business model is the company’s foundation. Full disclosure lets contractors know their exact percentage of the client bill rate and protects against staffing agencies attempting to take a higher percentage. It also lets client companies know whether the staffing agency is charging them appropriate overhead and earning appropriate profit.

Watson embraces a diverse workplace. She is known for leading her team to actively seek to promote and advance available minorities and women and help recruit qualified members of protected groups. The Watson Group has hired close to 300 professionals and maintained a 35.8% diversity ratio, which is significantly higher than most companies.

Watson attended Hussian School of Art and went on to develop programs to reach out to emotionally disturbed teenagers utilizing art as a communication tool. After over eight years working in art therapy, she decided to utilize her art background to represent a computer graphic product for Xerox. This became her entry point into the high technology environment. Watson’s involvement with technology included positions with McDonnell Douglas, Shared Medical Systems and Business Enterprise Systems Technology.
