Annie Searle is founder and principal of Annie Searle & Associates, a Seattle-based operational risk consulting firm founded in 2009.
From 1999-2009 Searle worked at Washington Mutual, most of that time as senior executive in charge of enterprise risk services, and as chair of the crisis management team for six years. Searle is one of the founders and served as President and CEO of Delphi Computers & Peripherals from 1984 to 1999, earning both the "Northwest Entrepreneur of the Year" award from Ernst & Young and Inc. Magazine, and the "Woman of Achievement" award from Matrix Table. She has two degrees in literature from the University of Iowa and is an affiliate faculty member in the University of Washington's School of Information. She is a lifetime member of the Institute of American Entrepreneurs. She was recently inducted into the International Network of Women in Homeland Security and Emergency Management' s Hall of Fame. This is her first book.

Parking options:
Seattle Harbor Club: no validation. Parking in the garage at the Seattle Club is $11.00 for 2 hours and $14.00 for 3 hours. Parking is also avaliable in the CPS garage located across the street from the Seattle Club on the corner of 1st and Columbia; the cost is slightly less.
Bellevue Harbor Club: parking is validated for up to 2 hours if you park in the Bellevue Corporate Plaza garage; the entrance to the garage is located on 110th.
