Presenter: Aila Frishman | Founder & CEO, Cailence

Title: Get Found by AI: How Your Next Customer Will Find You

37% of consumers now start their searches with AI instead of Google. When a potential customer asks AI for a recommendation, will your business come up?

Most businesses still treat their websites the way they did in 2020 — built for Google, not for AI. The fix isn't a full rebuild. It's a series of small, specific changes that signal to AI tools what you do, who you serve, and why a customer should pick you.

In this 60-minute hands-on workshop, Aila Frishman, Founder of Cailence, will cover:

    • How AI is reshaping the way customers find businesses, and how fast it's moving
    • A 6-point audit you can run on your own website this week
    • The specific changes that move you from "not found" to "recommended"
    • Live Q&A on your business

You'll leave with an AI Visibility Checklist and a 30-day action plan.

    About Our Speaker

After a 20-year career in ecommerce and digital marketing, Aila watched AI do in 20 minutes what used to take her a full afternoon — and couldn't go back. But the women she worked alongside weren't picking it up, and the questions they asked weren't technical: "When do I find the time?" "Will it make me sound like everyone else?" "Where do I start?" Aila started Cailence to close that gap. Today she helps women-led companies turn AI into working capacity through AI audits, workflow automation, team training, and fractional AI leadership.

    About Our Speaker

Kristine Scott survived a childhood where rage was used to control situations. This left her both deeply curious about nonviolence and dedicated to emotional regulation. She is now the founder and chief trainer for Seattle Conflict Resolution. Distilling over 20 years of lessons from high-incident social service settings has honed her mastery in non-violent conflict response.

As of 2026, Ms. Scott has trained over 37,000 people to bring their best selves into the worst situations. She actively fights for a future where the energy of conflict gets harnessed to create systemic change, not division. In addition to being a trainer, Kristine is also an activist and media source (USA Today).

She is a single mom, enjoys playing with her dog, Kung fu, hiking the Pacific Northwest, and projects requiring power tools.
