In this session, Tracey shares a simple five-stage framework for turning the interactions of networking, a conference, or other gatherings into relationships that actually grow your business. You'll learn why most people quit tending a relationship right when it's about to bloom, and walk away with practical, low-lift ways to keep watering the connections that can grow into YOUR community!

  • Learn the 5 stages of relationship growth — Curiosity, Conversation, Connection, Community, Champions — and figure out which "pot" your current relationships are stuck in.
  • Identify your own Champions and build a simple, sustainable plan for tending those relationships instead of letting them go dormant after the conference ends.
  • Turn one-time networking conversations into long-term community with small, consistent "deposits" of attention that don't require more time, just more intention.
