While attending the University of Washington, she obtained her real estate broker 's license at 19 years old. Her overarching mission centers on the creation of generational wealth, a belief she holds as attainable and sustainable for those ready to put in the effort and reshape the narrative. Colleen Pacem

Focus: Viewing Your Health as a Business Asset: 4 Lesser-known Ways to Protect It  Control the Controllable: When uncertainty hits, we reach for hacks, better routines, quick fixes, instead of asking what actually needs to hold. Drawing on years of experiences with women navigating life, Colleen Pacem (ARNP) makes the case for boundaries as infrastructure: the few non-negotiables that let you thrive, not just survive.

Daisy Derrick

Focus: Shopping Your Closet: Maximize Your Existing Wardrobe  Before you buy anything new - shop your closet. Daisy breaks down her three-pillar wardrobe framework: Intentional Acquisition, Mindful Maintenance, Thoughtful Release - and how to honor your existing investment, re-familiarize yourself with what you already own, and show up confidently in any space.

Denise Haselwood

Focus: Stay in the Game: Mental Health Hacks for Dealing with Uncertainty  Uncertainty creates stress. You have automatic strategies that kick in to manage that stress that may not be helpful. While your responses were preprogrammed in you long before adulthood, you can change those strategies with intentionality. Dr. Denise offers two practical strategies to help you intentionally cope so you can thrive even amidst uncertainty.

Laurie Nichols

Focus: Should I Stay or Should I Go? The Power to Choose  This talk reframes risk for successful women who feel stuck, unseen, or misaligned with their work.
